Chad Duffy with NFPA came into town to teach a 3-hour 13D Class at Sprinkler Fitters Union Local 268 on Wednesday evening. The July 19 class was for Fire Officials, Contractors and Sprinkler Fitters. Approximately 60 people were on hand for Chad's presentation.
The annual conference for the Fire Marshals Association of Missouri was held at Tan-Tar-A Resort at the Lake of the Ozarks July 10 - 12, 2017. Shane Ray, President of the National Fire Sprinkler Association, was in St. Louis on May 23, 2017 for the Common Voices meeting. While he was here, he had the Fire Team USA bring in their burn trailer for a Side-By-Side Burn Demonstration. Robertson Fire Protection District was on hand to put out the unsprinklered fire.

Association President, Jeff DeLapp presented the award to John LaVenture at the meeting and thanked the Fire Sprinkler Alliance for all their work in providing training for their organization.
The Antonia Fire Protection District held their annual Open House October 8, 2016 at Station #2 at 6633 Moss Hollow Road. Activities included Antonia's Safe House, an Auto Extrication Demonstration, and informational booths including the St. Louis Fire Sprinkler Alliance booth.
